Our team practices will be designed to involve all of our coaches and to condition our team while in a practice setting.  Furthering individual skills will be emphasized, yet our primary goal will be to build the team concept.

TEN IMPORTANT THINGS A PRACTICE SHOULD HAVE
Practice will reflect the approach to how we are going to play games.  Everyone will be organized, on time, and dressed properly.  Practice is a time for hard work and we will strive to reach our team’s mental and physical potential.
Practice must be enthusiastic and develop team spirit.  We will stress positive reinforcement yet realize the need for correction and insist on paying close attention to details.
