This drill will help with your hand-eye coordination.
How it Works
- Start ith the ball held behind your head with both hands.
- Drop the ball and quickly move your hands behind your back to catch it.
- Make sure to stay low, and keep your feet spread wide. Use your fingertips to grip the ball instead of your palms.
- Make it easier: Bend forward at the waist and allow the ball to roll straight down your back.
- Make it harder: Do the drill with one hand only.
