Improve transition offense, conditioning, and ability finish in a fast break situation.

Set Up

  • All Guards at one end of the court, All Forwards (Big Men) at the other baseline. Each Big Man with a ball.




  1. Big Man 1 makes 2-3 dribbles and makes a chest pass to Guard 1 who has cut from the baseline to the free throw line.
  2. Big Man continues sprint for a layup as Guard makes pass keeping Big Man’s stride.
  3. Guard grabs rebound and makes outlet pass to Big Man who runs full length of the court for a layup at the other hoop.

Coaches Emphasis
