Purpose
How it Works
- This is an advanced exercise. Line up 5 to 10 track hurdles.
- Two-foot jump over each hurdle.
- Jumping five hurdles equals one repetition.
- Complete 4 reps.
Coaching Tips
- Requires a full body, explosive movement – put everything you have into the jump.
- If hurdles are too high, find other objects that are a little lower.
