How it Works

  1. This is an advanced exercise. Line up 5 to 10 track hurdles.
  2. Two-foot jump over each hurdle.
  3. Jumping five hurdles equals one repetition.
  4. Complete 4 reps.

Coaching Tips

  • Requires a full body, explosive movement – put everything you have into the jump.
  • If hurdles are too high, find other objects that are a little lower.
