How it Works
Side to Side Yo-Yo: Using the right hand only, dribble the ball back and forth in front of the body, going from side to side. Repeat for 30 seconds then switch to left hand.
Front to Back Yo-Yo: Using the right hand only dribble the ball back and forth beside the body, going from front to back.
Combination Yo-Yo: Using the right hand only, dribble once from side to side, then once from front to back, combining the two yo-yo dribble into one continuous motion.
Repeat for 30 seconds then switch to left hand.
- Snap the wrist to drive the ball hard into the ground and move it in the required direction
- Keep your off hand up as an arm bar
