3-person tip [tag]basketball[/tag] [tag]drill[/tag] of the right side of hoop, then left side, both sides with a tap in after 4 rotations.
1) Works on [tag]vertical jump[/tag], balance, concentration/focus, timing, hands, most importantly shot follow-up and put back %.
2)“ My big men have increased in all these areas in just a short time
3 on 2, back to 2 on 1 drill
1) Kids never get tired of this [tag]fast break drill[/tag]
2) It works on transition, numbers decision making, [tag]passing[/tag], defense, boxing out and shot follow-up.
Start with 3 lines at one end of gym and 2 defenders at the other end.
The person who shoots the ball returns as the sole defender coming back down the floor against the 2 original defensive players.
The other two fast breakers are now the 2 defenders.
