Special thanks to Scott for sending this one in.  If you’ve every needed a drill for [tag]basketball pass[/tag] skills, you should try this out!Basketball Pass

This [tag]basketball[/tag] [tag]drill[/tag] requires 3 players at a time and runs the length of the floor.

Similar to a 3-man weave (without the weave), the player in the middle takes a rebound off the board and throws an outlet pass to one wing.

The wing with the ball takes a dribble up the floor and passes to the other wing that is sprinting down court for a lay-up.

The outlet wing (after making the pass) sprints down the floor to the baseline, turns and begins to sprint to the other end of the floor.

The player in the middle sprints down the floor, gets the rebound and outlets the ball to the wing that just completed the lay-up.

The wing with the ball takes one dribble and passes the ball to the other wing that was the initial outlet wing (the one that sprinted down the floor to the baseline, turned and started a sprint the other way), who goes in for the lay-up on the other end of the floor.

This drill is good for [tag]conditioning[/tag] as well as assists with possible fast-break opportunities.
