The first [tag]drill[/tag] I will send you is my practice for fast break [tag]lay up drill[/tag]. This [tag]basketball[/tag] drill can also convert to a pull-up jump shot.
The player at the top of the key will get the rebound pass out to the 45 run back to the top of the key receive the pass back, pivot to see where the running player is pass the ball back to the 45 then who will pass it to the running player.
In this drill the 2 passing players have got to put them self in a game situation so we need good strong passes .
Each player will run through this drill 3 times but during the year you lift the duration time from 1 min up to 3 min.
This is a tough drill it is good for fitness and working on your shot while you are getting tired.
