Basketball Inbound Plays – Free Throw
This is one of my favorite basketball inbound plays that I use alot. This basketball play never lets me down. Works best on a man to man, but I have made it work on a zone.

Basketball Plays: Coaches should only have a handful of basketball plays they use with their team. At a maximum you should have 1 or 2 plays for inbounds, 1 or 2 offensive basketball plays, 1 or 2 defensive plays, 1 or 2 press breaks, and 1 or 2 presses. Too many basketball plays will confuse your team. The key is to execute a small number of plays very well.

I’m going to tell you about one of our basketball inbound plays that we call “Special”. Even though it is an inbounds play it can also be used as a fastbreak. It is similar to the well known Stack.

This is one of the basketball inbound plays we run against man to man defense. We call this basketball play–Snake.

We call these basketball out of bounds plays–Slide. When this is done right it Works Great! Your players learn rebounding, safety and teamwork.
